WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA
Please allow 5–6 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched. We’re based in Johannesburg, so local deliveries may arrive sooner than national ones. Kindly note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or courier delays.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via Courier Guy.
- Express Shipping: For a quote, please contact us at info@jampackedsa.co.za before placing your order.
Custom Orders: All custom-made products have a 7–10 business day production time from proof approval and payment.
Please Note: JAM Packed SA does not insure goods for loss or damage in transit. If an item is lost or arrives damaged, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the courier. While we cannot issue refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged in transit, we’ll gladly assist by providing all relevant information for your claim.
Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your parcel is dispatched, we cannot modify the address. Incorrect address submissions may incur additional charges for return and reshipment.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. This will allow you to follow your parcel’s journey.
Deliveries are made during business hours and require a signature on receipt. We recommend using a business address where possible to avoid missed deliveries.
Returns & Exchanges
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY.
We urge customers to select products carefully. Unless faulty or incorrectly supplied, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping to ensure you receive high-quality products. All sales are final on our Greaseproof Paper website unless goods are faulty or an error was made in shipping.
If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please do not accept or sign for it. The courier will return the package to us, and we’ll arrange a replacement. Please notify us via email at info@jampackedsa.co.za if you’ve declined delivery.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement.
To process a return:
- Email a photo of the faulty item and your order number to info@jampackedsa.co.za.
- Returns will only be accepted if this procedure is followed within the 5-day window.
JAM Packed SA reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not deemed faulty. If you believe you’ve received the wrong item, contact us promptly with full details and we’ll assist you.
